The Standard

A.I.R. shifts the standard from synthetic powders to natural extraction. No shortcuts, no masking: only carefully distilled botanicals where origin, terroir and harvest truly matter.

Seasonality

Seasonality is part of the method; it shapes the character of the botanicals. In spring, they are in full development, with young leaves and explosive flavours. Once summer has passed, the botanicals develop flowers and more floral notes. Later in the cycle, they evolve towards more vegetal and tertiary aromas.

A.I.R. observes this process and anticipates the impact of the natural cycle. Seasonality is not a limitation but a method.
