A non-alcoholic red cuvée alternative that drinks like a bold, modern cru. Casca takes its name from cascara, the dried coffee cherry. Layering Colombian cascara distillate over red-grape must and verjus (never from concentrate), we weave in cacao shells, specialty-grade decaf coffee, and toasted French oak for a depth of secondary and tertiary aromas rarely found in alcohol-free reds.

Cascara distillate captures the bright, dried-fruit aroma of the coffee cherry. Decaf specialty coffee lends body and oaked mouthfeel. Cacao shells & toasted oak add whispers of chocolate, smoke, and spice—true secondary and tertiary layers.

Tasting notes

Nose: Wild cascara coffee-cherry, edged with forest berries.
Palate: Red fruit—think blackcurrant and sour cherry with hints of cacao.
Finish: Woody, dry, and tannin-rich, leaving the palate clean and primed for another sip.

How to serve

Serve at 16 — 18°C in a Burgundy bowl or universal red glass.
