We always start with the origin of certain serves or liquids we want to achieve. In this case we worked around the flavour palate af the Paloma serve. With our TAQ TEQ blend we are reaching the best balance of what a Paloma server should be, by digging in the history of what makes that serve interesting. We choose the locality of the produce with focus on the right chili variant which is in this case Pasilla.
